Studio Etiquette & Policies

Before Class

• Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle into your practice.
• Doors open 15 minutes before class.
• Exterior doors are locked once class begins for everyone's safety.

Personal Belongings

• Please leave shoes in the designated area.
• Store personal items in the lockers or change rooms.
• No cell phones in the yoga studio room.

In the Studio

• Help us maintain a quiet atmosphere before and after class.
• Respect everyone's practice and personal space.
• Avoid strong perfumes or scented products.

During Class

• Listen to your body first.
• Modify or rest whenever needed.
• If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know before class and exit quietly before Savasana.

After Class

• Please return borrowed props.
• Wipe down any studio equipment you've used.
• Keep showers brief.

Purchases & Passes

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Introductory Offers and 10-Class Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
• Workshops, events, teacher trainings, and special programs are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Membership Commitments

Our Unlimited Memberships are designed to reward consistency by offering preferred monthly pricing in exchange for a 6 or 12-month commitment.

If you need to cancel your membership before the end of your commitment:

• A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required.
• Membership pricing will be recalculated using the standard month-to-month Unlimited Membership rate that was in effect when your membership began.
• A $75 administrative fee applies to early membership cancellations.

We understand that life circumstances can change. Membership Holds are available for eligible situations, including medical recovery, extended travel, family leave, and other approved circumstances, and may be a suitable alternative to cancellation.

Medical circumstances, relocation, or other exceptional situations may be considered on an individual basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.

Class Cancellations

• Please cancel your class at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to applicable fees in accordance with your membership or pass type.

Refunds

YogaRevolution believes in transparent pricing and fair policies.

• Memberships, class passes, Introductory Offers, workshops, events, and special programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.
• Requests resulting from exceptional medical or personal circumstances may be reviewed at YogaRevolution's discretion.

Participation

• All participants must complete the required waiver before attending classes or events.
• Participants under 16 years of age require written consent from, and must be accompanied by, a parent or guardian.
• Members and guests are expected to follow our Studio Etiquette to help maintain a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Personal information is collected only as needed to manage your account, communicate with you, and provide our services. We never sell or share your personal information without your consent, except where required by law.
